Working for a HUGE group of companies! My client started their journey as independent Plumbing merchants before expanding into the world of Bathroom showroom sales. Their extensive array of products, coupled with their knowledge of the market makes them a business to be reckoned with!
The Opportunity:
Working as a Showroom Sales Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of high end interior products, including bathrooms and tiles
Managing the daily retail sales for all footfall to the showroom
Working closely with the trade team as well to maximise all sales
Managing the team of sales consultants to ensure profitability of the showroom
Establishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell!
Build a strong relationship everyone at all times to grow sales opportunities
Working a 5 day rota over 6 days, they are open Monday Saturday but you do NOT work every weekend
The Successful Candidate:
Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success
Background in any showroom-based or face to face sales is perfect, even someone working in a merchant that wants to move into bathroom sales/ design would be considered
The role is all about the person! Very open to various backgrounds
Management or senior sales experience is essential
Driven, motivated and ambitious
Team player is key!
