HYBRID ROLE:
We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office (shoot days count) 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week - (although the option to work from the office more is there too).

£30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for a
Videographer & Editor
with a twist: someone who's not only brilliant behind the camera and in the edit suite, but also confident working directly with clients, bringing ideas to life, and helping shape content strategies that actually deliver results.
This isn't a "sit in the corner and edit clips all day" role. It's a
client-facing, people-first role
for someone who wants to grow their career in an agency that values initiative, creativity, and commercial impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Plan, shoot, and edit
social-first video for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Turn long-form shoots (like podcasts or events) into
high-impact short-form clips
.
* Coach clients
who aren't naturals on camera, making them feel confident and at ease.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure content is on-brand, on time, and impactful.
* Stay ahead of
social trends
and apply them to client campaigns.
* Support on light
social management duties
when needed.
* Keep equipment organised and shoots running smoothly.
MUST HAVES:
* A natural communicator with exceptional people skills.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Videography and Editing skills, including experience with camera equipment and video software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
* Experience creating social-first video formats (vertical reels, shorts, carousels).
* Ability to coach clients confidently in front of the camera.
* Commercial mindset — you understand content has to deliver results, not just look good.
* Obsessed with social media, trends, and personal branding. You have a strong understanding of Social Media platforms and trends, particularly in creating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Proficiency in Post-Production techniques, including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics
* Experience in lighting shoots effectively.
* Creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong storytelling ability
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* A full UK Driving License and Car is preferred.
BONUS POINTS:
* Experience in B2B marketing/social is a massive plus.
* Experience providing results for businesses in property, technology, events and marketing.
* Owning your own DSLR/Camera Eqipment (Sony/Canon/Equivalent).
* Experience with social media management & scheduling software.
* Copywriting or design skills.
