Are you a skilled and passionate Plastic Surgeon with an expertise in Dermatology Surgery? Do you have a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding results? You will be required to perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures with a focus on dermatology surgery.

HealthHarmonie is a fast paced, growing organisation that operates from various locations across England. Headquartered in Birmingham, we were established in 2003 and have been growing ever since, in the ever-changing healthcare industry, developing our presence across the UK.
We work in partnership with several NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home.
These include Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gynaecology Services, diagnosis and treatment of Dermatological conditions, Ophthalmology services and the provision of extended Minor surgery procedures.

About you
Conduct patient consultations to understand their goals, assess their candidacy for surgery, and educate them on the potential risks and benefits of the procedures.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and desires, ensuring the highest level of safety and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with other medical professionals, such as dermatologists, oncologists, and plastic surgery colleagues, to provide multidisciplinary care and comprehensive treatment approaches.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery and dermatology, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
Adhere to all ethical, legal and regulatory guidelines governing medical practice and patient care.
Requirements
MUST HAVE full GMC registration, MRCP or equivalent
A medical degree or equivalent
Proven track record of successful plastic surgery procedures, especially in the field of dermatology surgery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing medical practice.
