Location: Darwen
Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience + performance related bonus scheme
Overview
We are on the hunt for a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join our growing team based in Darwen. You will meet our commercial targets by maximising business and service opportunities from all contacts, and we will provide you with full training, and you will be rewarded with all the benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. Our Employee Benefits Consultants are a key part of our business, speaking to our customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, and ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty. Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of small to mid-sized clients with a growth mindset
* Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Advise on new products, renewals, and tailor solutions to client needs
* Negotiate with insurers to secure the best value
* Working to targets with a generous incentive scheme to match
* Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities
* Ensure all processes are compliant and well-documented
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience is a must
* Experience within Private Medical Insurance or Insurance experience preferable
* A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A team player who can also thrive independently
