What you will be responsible for…
* Conduct site inspections and diagnose building defects
* Prepare reports, specifications, and schedules of work
* Advise on programme delivery within budget and compliance standards
* Collaborate with delivery teams to manage planned works
* Support asset data updates and stock condition surveys
* Liaise with clients and residents to coordinate works
What we'd like from you…
* Degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited or equivalent)
* AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS or MCIOB accreditation preferred
* Experience in social housing or public sector surveying
* Strong knowledge of building pathology and housing compliance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and mobile surveying tools
* Full UK driving licence
