Berry Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a local authority within the housing maintenance department based at the Lyndhurst office.
This is a 6 month contract working Monday to Friday full time 37 hours a week.
Hourly pay between £14.50 and £16.00 depending on experience.
You will need to be available to start Monday 20th October.
Main Duties:
Support the Gas and Electrical Manager in tracking compliance checks including gas safety, electrical, fire safety, fire suppression
Ensuring statutory obligations are met while maintaining positive relationships with residents
Maintaining accurate compliance records, including updating internal systems
Identify vulnerable tenants and to ensure relevant support is provided
Log all tenant interactions
Use of computer systems and M365 systems including plannerCandidate Requirements:
Administration experience is essential
Confident using computer systems
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
