We're seeking a commercially savvy leader to shape and execute our Revenue Growth Strategy. In this high-impact role, you'll optimise value for both customers and consumers while unlocking sustainable, profitable growth across our branded and own label ranges. What You'll Be Doing:
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, and Sales to assess the commercial potential of new products and influence future innovation strategy.
* Lead the development and delivery of UK-wide Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives over a 0–18 month horizon, driving profitability across Sales and Marketing. Key focus areas include Pricing & Promotions, Trade Terms, Mix Management, and Price Pack Architecture.
* Own and evolve pricing and promotional guidelines across our entire UK portfolio, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
* Bring commercial rigour to innovation by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance to validate assumptions and define pricing and promo strategies that hit financial targets and support customer goals.
* Monitor and report on key RGM metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
If you bring a track record of delivering RGM initiatives in fast-paced environments, strong analytical and modelling skills, and the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial strategies, we want to hear from you. Your ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate across functions will be key to driving impact in this role.
