£30,000 - £32,000 Colchester (Office-Based) 37.5 hours | Monday–Friday Pure are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Ledger Assistant to support a busy Finance team. You’ll play a key part in keeping the Sales Ledger accurate and running smoothly, including: Sales Ledger • Setting up and maintaining customer accounts • Daily processing of sales invoices & journals • Allocating incoming payments and resolving unallocated cash • Managing proforma payments and liaising with Sales • Removing accounts from stop when payments are received Credit Control Support • Sending statements & supporting the dunning process • Assisting with on/off stop management Additional Support (Secondary Focus) • Assisting Purchase Ledger with queries, commissions & recharges • Finance admin including daily/monthly exchange rates • Providing holiday cover to support smooth finance operations About You • Accurate, organised and process-driven • Confident communicating with customers and colleagues • Able to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail If you want a role where you can develop core finance skills — especially in Sales Ledger — we’d love to hear from you
