This is a senior role ideal for a solicitor with entrepreneurial flair, a strong track record in employment law [and ambition to progress towards partnership. Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop the Employment team Provide high-quality, commercially focused employment advice to clients Manage the department's financial performance, including billing and WIP Oversee efficient handling of all employment matters Maintain client communication throughout the lifecycle of matters Contribute to the strategic growth and management of the firm Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 5 years PQE in Employment Law Experience handling Employment Tribunal cases Ability to run a caseload independently Strong technical, drafting and client management skills Ambitious, commercially minded and client-focused Excellent communication and organisational abilities What's on offer?
