Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise the collections team to meet cash targets
* Reduce financial risk to the business
* Support commercial growth initiatives
Key Requirements:
* Customer service experience in the financial sector
* Track record in credit risk management
* Progression through CICM or experience leading a team
