🚐 Van Driver – Temp to Perm

Pure Staff Birmingham are seeking experienced van drivers (Category B) to join one of our well-established clients in the Leamington Spa area. This is a temp-to-perm role for the right candidate.
🔧 The Role:
1. Handballing boxed goods to butchers and wholesalers
2. Delivering fresh halal farm food products
3. 8-15 drops per day
4. Local and short-distance deliveries
5. Start time: 6:00am – 5:00pm
6. Loads pre-picked; drivers assist with loading
7. Strapping and securing loads safely (essential)
8. Ensuring load safety and compliance at all times
✅ Requirements:
9. Minimum age 26 years (insurance requirement)
10. Valid UK Category B (car/van) licence
11. Minimum 1 year van driving experience
12. Experience strapping and securing loads
13. Able to handball boxes safely
14. No more than 6 points on your licence
15. Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
💷 Pay Rates:
16. £13.50 per hour
17. £1.93 per hour holiday pay accrued
(Total equivalent rate: £15.43 per hour)
Holiday pay is banked and paid when you take annual leave.
🕒 Shifts:
18. Monday to Friday
19. No weekends
