Responsibilities
* Manage daily laboratory operations, including staff, resources and specialised technical services in automation.
* Supervise, train staff and resolve issues, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
* Report on performance to senior management and work independently adhering to broad policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Welsh language skills desirable – speaking & listening at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above.
