We are currently supporting a major engineering and infrastructure programme within a highly regulated environment and are looking to appoint three experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a growing commercial team.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects across a secure and technically demanding sector, offering long-term stability and career progression.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects. You will be responsible for ensuring robust cost control, risk management, and commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial control across multi-disciplinary projects
- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality and programme requirements
- Prepare, manage, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations
- Produce accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis
- Manage stakeholder relationships across project teams, supply chain, and external partners
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, engineering, or complex construction environments
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in cost management and contract administration
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate effectively within regulated or high-security environments

- Must be a UK Sole National
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain SC (Security Clearance)
