Job Description: Sales Support Coordinator
Department: Sales / Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager
Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Sales Support Coordinator to assist the senior sales and operations team in delivering a seamless account management service. This role plays a key part in coordinating communication across departments, managing quotations and orders, and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Supplier Coordination
* Use internal systems and supplier networks to source products that meet customer specifications.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, negotiate costs, approve proofs, and manage lead times.
Quotations & Pricing
* Prepare accurate quotations and product specifications using CRM and information systems.
* Ensure all quotations are documented and followed up appropriately.
Order Processing & Artwork Management
* Accurately input and process customer orders for approval.
* Manage artwork and proof approvals between customer and supplier to ensure accuracy before production.
* Track all live orders to ensure production lead times are achieved.
Customer Relationship Management
* Liaise with customers regarding quotations, approvals, order updates, and delivery planning.
* Provide proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle to ensure service levels are met.
Internal Coordination
* Coordinate communication and activities across internal departments.
* Work with Operations to ensure stock availability, dispatch scheduling, and issue resolution.
Reporting & Administration
* Maintain accurate CRM and system records for all quotations, orders, artwork, and communications.
* Support sales reporting and document preparation for account reviews.
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, increase efficiency, and improve customer experience.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail
* Experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Desirable:
* Experience using CRM or ERP systems
* Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, or merchandise-based environments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
