KS3 Maths Coordinator

This key role is for an experienced Maths Teacher with a passion for Key Stage 3, who will lead the curriculum, assessment, and pedagogical approaches to ensure all younger students build a strong foundation in mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills. The Role
The KS3 Maths Coordinator will:
* Lead the development and implementation of an engaging and progressive KS3 Maths curriculum.
* Oversee assessment, tracking, and monitoring of student progress across Key Stage 3.
* Support and mentor KS3 Maths teachers, sharing best practices and promoting high-quality teaching and learning.
* Contribute to departmental and whole-school numeracy initiatives.
* Analyse KS3 data to identify areas for intervention and enrichment.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a qualified Maths Teacher (QTS/QTLS) who:
