Job Title: BMS Account Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
* Source, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the BMS market.
* Create and deliver engaging technical presentations to demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
* Work closely with the engineering team to understand customer needs and provide effective pre‑ and post‑sales support.
* Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to successful project delivery.
* Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
* Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts.


Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in BMS project sales or a closely related discipline.
* Solid technical understanding of Building Management Systems.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Capability to explain technical solutions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Highly self‑motivated with a proactive, results‑focused mindset.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel across the south of the UK as required.
