The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Central Operations Team. This role plays a key part in supporting supply chain activities, onboarding processes, system builds, and ongoing administrative functions that ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Support
* Monitor stock availability and raise purchase orders (PO) to maintain healthy inventory and supply.
* Assist with forecasting and integration processes between suppliers and internal systems.
* Support supplier account setup and maintain accurate supplier records.
Onboarding Support
* Prepare and submit aggregator onboarding submissions.
* Assist with technical setup for store integrations, aggregator platforms, and middleware connections.
* Coordinate and execute menu pushes across relevant platforms.
System & Operational Support
* Contribute to system builds for operational processes.
* Maintain and update ordering lists to ensure accuracy and usability.
* Provide first-line technical support for operational platforms and tools.
* Troubleshoot and escalate issues to relevant teams or service suppliers as needed.
Administrative Support
* Pull and compile data lists and operational information as required.
* Prepare and maintain SOPs, forms, and templates for internal and external use.
* Support Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities such as promotions setup, SBO management, and scorecard updates.
* Maintain and develop the Knowledge Hub for internal process documentation and resources.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams as well as working independently.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail to deliver high-quality work.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms.
Desirable:
* Experience in a supply chain, operations, or administrative role.
* Familiarity with POS systems, aggregator platforms, or middleware.
* Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
