Join Our Team as a Senior Onboarding Consultant Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire or London or Bristol Are you a Programme Manager with extensive experience in Management Consultancy? Are you looking to move into an internal role where you can work directly for a business and be part of building out bespoke solutions for your customers? If so, we want to hear from you. Due to growth and our ongoing development plan, we are seeking an experienced Programme Management professional to join our dynamic team. What you’ll do: Ensure clear definition, scoping and initiation of the project and workstreams, including people, process and technology components. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Client, Brightwell, Procentia and third-party stakeholders and team members in the project, to ensure full mutual understanding of the project’s objectives, timelines and expectations. Ensure the project and workstreams have requirements (including resources) and responsibilities documented and agreed to allow for the workstream and project activity to meet its agreed objectives. Ensure overall project and detailed workstream implementation and actions plans, including definition of key milestones, are created and managed for the duration of the project and workstreams as appropriate. Establish and agree (with the project Sponsor) an effective governance structure and set of operating routines for the project and run or attend (as appropriate) project boards or steering groups, design authorities, working groups and stand-ups. Ensure project risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies are being recorded, monitored and proactively managed (and escalated as appropriate) to minimise disruption to successful delivery. Ensure the appropriate and relevant level of testing is in place for the project and workstreams with stakeholder sign-off as part of the gating process. This role would suit someone with: The ability to engage professionally across all levels of an organisation in complex and demanding multi-stakeholder environments. The ability to manage conflict across competing stakeholders / workstreams in a project environment. The ability to make decisions under a high-pressure environment and react well to challenges. The capability to uphold the highest standards of company values/ practice and treats everyone with dignity, honesty and respect. Significant experience delivering projects and programmes at a senior level. Proven experience of planning, monitoring, reporting and delivering benefits and outcomes. People management experience with the ability to manage and motivate project teams. Experience of resource planning against the prioritised portfolio of projects / workstreams and ability to work with the key stakeholders and business to manage project resource needs. Experience of budget and risk management both at operational level and programme level. Why Brightwell?
