Estates Trade Specialist Plumber role at Coventry College in Coventry, West Midlands. Contract Type: Permanent. Hours per Week: 37. Location: Coventry College. Salary: £31,103 to £33,003 per annum plus up to £5,000 Market Forces payment (dependent on qualifications and experience). This salary is effective from 01/08/25.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. You will support students, staff, systems or services with a positive approach, customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Requirements
Must-Have
* Three year apprenticeship in Plumbing or mechanical engineering; NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or BTEC, ONC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Recognised and registered CITB or EITB
* Good general education - GCSE Maths & English at grade 4-9 (formerly C-A), or equivalent
Nice-to-Have
* Worked in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
* Experience of implementing Health and Safety policies/procedures and checks
