Our client is a well-established and design-led fit out contractor, delivering premium commercial interiors across Manchester and the North West. With many years of successful trading and stable team that values craftsmanship, detail, and collaboration, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing business.
The Role:
This role will see you working directly with the Managing Director to price high-end fit out projects from initial enquiry through to handover, supporting a seamless transition to the project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for office fit out projects.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive and profitable tenders.
* Working closely with the delivery team to ensure projects are accurately scoped and commercially sound.
* Attending site visits and meetings where required across Greater Manchester and the North West.
About You:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator within the office fit out or commercial interiors sector.
* A sharp eye for detail and proficiency in Excel is essential.
* Strong communication skills – able to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Based travel distance to South Manchester with a full UK driving license.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic – you'll be joining a tight-knit and passionate team.
