Band 6 Stroke Nurse Community Stroke Team
An exciting and rarely available opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 stroke specialist nurse post, based within the Glasgow Community Stroke Team.
Responsibilities
* Work as an autonomous practitioner within a multi‑disciplinary team to manage your clinical caseload.
* Deliver a comprehensive CNS service to clients across their stroke recovery pathway.
Qualifications
* Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC registration, including a live NMC UK pin.
* Stroke experience in an acute, rehabilitation, and community setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience as a supervisor or educator.
* Agility to drive across the Greater Glasgow catchment area from the main office at the North East Sector Offices, Stobhill Hospital.
