Position: Emergency Control Room Operator Location: Grangemouth Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour Hours: 42 hours a week on average Shifts: Days, nights and weekends - 4 on, 4 off Your Time at Work As a security officer at this site you will/your duties will include: - Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the site - Controlling access/ egress - Recording vehicle movements - Monitoring CCTV - Gatehouse duties - Conducting searches when required - Manage the telephone switchboard - receive inbound calls and handle accordingly - Dealing with any security incidents on site and completing relevant incident report forms Our Perfect Worker It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills.
