What you'll be doing:
* Collaborating closely with Financial Planners to craft clear, compliant, and technically accurate financial plans.
* Conducting deep product, investment, and platform research to support client recommendations.
* Producing meeting documentation and summaries that inform key client conversations.
* Helping deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience from behind the scenes.
* Supporting implementation by working with administration and ensuring actions are followed through.
* Attending and contributing to Investment Committee meetings.
* Constantly learning from changes in legislation to improving internal processes.

* Has strong paraplanning experience and thrives in a technical, detail-oriented role.
* Can communicate complex information simply and clearly both in writing and in person.

Your experience & qualifications
* Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS).
* Minimum 2 years paraplanning experience.
* Excellent knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
* Strong IT skills, including financial planning tools like Voyant and Microsoft Office.
