This is an exciting opportunity to join the Primary Care Team within Hywel Dda University Health Board. We are looking for a competent and dynamic individual who has a passion for service change and delivery. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
