Service Advisor – Porthmadog
Our client, a reputable Automotive Dealership in Porthmadog, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to advance their careers within a well-respected business. The successful Service Advisor will benefit from ongoing training, a supportive management team, and the potential to earn generous bonuses.
Benefits included as a Service Advisor:
* Basic salary of circa £28,000, dependent on experience
* Potential to achieve OTE of approximately £32,000+ with bonuses
* Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm
* Rotational Saturdays to suit the business needs

Duties:
* Manage customer bookings efficiently and organise technician workloads
* Assist customers with vehicle service enquiries, providing expert advice
* Support administration tasks, including diary management and data entry
* Promote and upsell products and additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase bonuses
* Represent a reputable vehicle brand confidently and professionally
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the workshop team to facilitate smooth service operations
Requirements for the Service Advisor position:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential
* Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures
* Willingness to learn and undertake duties outside core responsibilities as required
* Confident, outgoing, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task effectively and work well within a team
* A strong customer-focused approach to service delivery
