The position:We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham.Working Hours: Any 5 out of 7 // Between 6am-6pm (staff rota given)Salary: £28,000Contract Type: PermanentLocation: B46 1AL
Role of an Account Coordinator:
1. Checking and reporting daily attendance to the operations teams
2. New starter engagement and supporting with any queries
3. Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team
4. Carrying out registration sessions inline with the site’s recruitment plan
5. Pre screening candidates for interview sessions
6. Communicating rotas for the warehouse colleagues and booking shifts as required
7. Supporting the operation with performance management
As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:
8. A good standard of verbal and written English
9. Good communication and organisational skills
10. Previous experience of working as a team leader, consultant, coordinator or resourcer is required
11. People management skills
12. Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
13. Ability of working independently and as a part of a team
14. Sense of humour, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
