Role Overview
we are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist who will work alongside the Senior Commercial Manager and Head of Contracts. Assisting the Senior Commercial Manager with contract execution duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supports Senior Contracts Manager and Head of Contracts with contractual administration tasks
2. Prepare NDAs and maintains register
3. Assist with administration of compliance with all terms and conditions and supporting schedules of customer contract
4. Preparation and negotiation of contract change proposals
5. Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for the project.
6. Process purchase orders for the company
7. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions
8. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
9. Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements
10. Assist supply chain in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased
