The Office is based in Barrow-In-Furness and 85% of the time will be remote.
Your Mission:
As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of developing, deploying, and governing engineering processes across diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Tailoring and communicating product development lifecycles to meet the unique needs of various programs and systems.
Providing crucial engineering governance across multiple delivery programs.
Offering support to non-engineering stakeholders within a complex engineering development environment.
Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to fellow engineers.
Steering new systems development by implementing best practice systems lifecycle processes.
Collaborating with customers to ensure the successful delivery of systems and resolving any issues that may arise.Your Skills and Experiences:
We're looking for candidates who bring:
A degree-level qualification in a relevant STEM subject, or equivalent industry/armed forces experience.
Exposure to engineering lifecycle processes.
