We’re working with a growing technology business in the Poole/Bournemouth area that’s looking for ambitious graduates to join their support and solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career across managed IT services, Microsoft technologies, customer support and business systems consulting.
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting users, configuring devices and systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning how modern businesses use Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Dynamics 365 Business Central and endpoint management tools.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, helping people and wants exposure to both technical support and business-facing consultancy.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing systems.
* Building, configuring and deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
* Supporting Microsoft 365 environments and business applications.
* Learning to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and user issues.
* Working with technologies such as Intune, Autopilot, Defender and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Maintaining accurate ticket updates, documentation and asset records.
* Assisting with device lifecycle management, repairs, refreshes and decommissioning.
* Supporting software testing, upgrades and release activities.
* Escalating complex issues with clear notes and diagnostics.
* Working closely with experienced engineers and consultants to develop your skills.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Technology or a related subject — or equivalent hands-on experience.
* Strong interest in technology, systems and troubleshooting.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
* Comfortable working onsite in the Poole/Bournemouth area every day.
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Exposure to Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot or Dynamics 365.
* Experience building or troubleshooting Windows devices.
* Knowledge of ticketing systems or IT support environments.
* Home lab projects, certifications or personal tech projects.
* Interest in cloud, infrastructure, ERP systems or managed services.
