Hays are delighted to partner with a leadingconsultancy business as they look to grow their finance team across Greater Glasgow. The organisation are market leaders in project and property management and looking to attract an experienced Qualified Accounting professional with strong people management and a background in statutory & management accounting.
Your new role
In your new role, you will join a large finance team of qualified and part-qualified professionals. Your new role will see you prepare statutory accounts in preparation for year-end as well as liaising with multiple key stakeholders across the business for reporting and budgeting needs. You will manage a small team of finance specialists as well as present to stakeholders throughout the year.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role you must be a qualified ICAS / ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified professional with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing a team. You must be an effective team player and be able to work independently. You will be proactive in your approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and have strong analytical skills.
