Boston Spa Academy is seeking an inspirational and highly motivated HR Advisor to work closely with the wider leadership team and central HR team. The role will be the first point of contact for HR matters including absence management, employee relations and recruitment.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and support on HR policy, procedure and employment law. Manage absence, advise on HR policy and handle employee relations case work. Assist with recruitment and other HR duties as required.
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) CIPD qualification or working towards this.
* Strong understanding of relevant policy, procedure, employment law and best HR practice.
* Relevant experience in a similar role, including absence management, HR policy advising and employee relations case work.
