We're looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen our children's residential homes across the North.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll step in to support homes, develop managers, and ensure outstanding standards of care for children and young people.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting Registered Managers and teams where extra leadership is needed
* Delivering coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement
* Carrying out audits and improving service quality
* Providing interim management where required
* Ensuring homes deliver safe, nurturing, child‑focused care
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in children's residential care
* Knowledge of Ofsted & safeguarding regulations
* A confident leader who can support and develop teams
