Job Role: Residential Development Manager (24564)
Salary: £22,477 per annum, plus benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week)
This is a live-in position with rent-free accommodation provided.

Main Responsibilities
* Maintain a high profile around the development/office and ensure residents are checked within our requirements.
* Carry out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure, maintain records in line with internal procedures, and keep all data protected and secure at all times.
* Keep communal areas, gardens, and grounds clean and maintained through effective management of contractors.
* Be responsible for all works being completed, raising orders, managing contractors, monitoring progress, and signing off completion.
* Encourage and support the formation of a Residents Association and work with them to enhance the customer experience for residents.
* Build and maintain links with residents’ family members, local authorities, doctors, social workers, and health authorities as required.
* In case of emergency, contact the appropriate response team or authorities.
* Assist with sales listed with our partner company Retirement Homesearch, welcome new residents, and help them settle in, being present to greet them when possible.
* Work across your local peer team of Development Managers for advice and support and attend team/company meetings as scheduled.
About you
* Customer Service: A passion for providing exceptional service, ideally face-to-face.
* Communication: Natural communicator, able to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
* Health & Safety: Understanding of health & safety importance, experience in handling challenging or emergency situations.
* IT: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
* Administration: Organized, methodical, with experience in maintaining accurate records.
* Personal: Outgoing personality, able to build professional relationships, self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, and innovative.
