Responsibilities
* Conduct site visits for qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout in accordance with protocols
* Communicate with site staff, verify investigator qualifications, and ensure proper documentation and compliance
* Review regulatory documents and manage investigational product accountability
* Monitor adverse events and patient recruitment success, providing improvement suggestions
* Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up communications
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health or life sciences
* Willingness to travel 60-80% nationally
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Strong communication skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Willingness to be fully office-based during training
