We are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Writer to lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling tender submissions within the construction sector.
You will work closely with Bid Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to shape win strategies, develop value propositions, and produce clear, persuasive responses that maximise scoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead writing, editing, and proofing of bid submissions
* Analyse client requirements and develop answer plans
* Develop win themes, solution narratives, and value-added content
* Coordinate reviews, quality assurance, and graphic inputs
* Manage deadlines and provide regular progress updates
About You:
* Proven senior-level bid writing experience in construction
* Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
* Technical or engineering background preferred
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* APMP qualification desirable
* Proficient in MS Word, Teams, and SharePoint
