Severn Hospice is one of the region's most cherished charities, caring for people living with incurable illness across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales. All of our care is provided for free, but it is not without cost and we have to raise £2 for every £3 we spend.
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious fundraiser with the creativity and drive to build strong, meaningful partnerships with businesses and deliver inspiring corporate events.
With your excellent organisational skills, flair for relationship building and a talent for spotting opportunities, you will engage companies of all sizes, secure new partnerships and steward long-term support for our care. You'll also play a key role in developing our corporate events portfolio – from concept to delivery – ensuring supporters enjoy memorable experiences while helping to fund vital services.
A natural networker and confident communicator, you'll thrive on developing partnerships that are mutually rewarding. Ideally, you will have experience in corporate fundraising, business development or event management, alongside strong financial awareness and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team.
Just like our care, our relationships with supporters are individual and personal. With your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, you'll create engaging journeys that inspire businesses and their employees to get involved, give back, and make a real difference.
