Job Profile: Regional Sales Manager - Midlands
Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK, with over 1000 firms as business partners and approximately 3000 advisors.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the PRIMIS Sales Team, supporting the Regional Sales Director for the Midlands region. The Midlands team oversees around 200 partner Mortgage and Protection advisory firms, with approximately 500 writing advisors.
The role is wide-ranging and includes:
1. Relationship management
2. Driving sales across Protection, Mortgage, and GI
3. Supporting regional PRIMIS events
4. Welcoming new firms into the region
5. Maintaining and enhancing service levels with partner firms
6. Encouraging growth in business, turnover, and manpower
7. Supporting new and existing firms
8. Business development within the region
9. Promoting best practices
10. Attending sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements include:
* Experience in a target-driven environment within Mortgage/Protection sectors
* Business development experience
* Technical knowledge of financial products
* Planning and organisational skills
* Teamwork and leadership abilities
* Ability to work independently
* Results-oriented mindset
* Relationship management skills
* Excellent customer service skills
The role is field-based, and candidates should reside within the Midlands region. The salary is up to £42,000 DOE, negotiable, including a car allowance. The role offers bonus potential.
