We’re looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to join a care focused company with multi-sites across the UK.
This will be a fixed-term contract initially for 6 months.
You will take over a project which has landed with a new rostering system and continue the rollout following a new business acquisition.
Projects -
Finance System Migration: Oversee the transition from an on-prem end-of-life system to its cloud-based replacement. Ensuring minimal business disruption, manage risk, and engage key stakeholders.
Digital Infrastructure Rollout: Support the integration of newly acquired care homes into the organisation’s digital ecosystem. Working alongside internal stakeholders (IT, Quality, and Ops) to deploy industry-known systems.
CRM Project: Future project includes assessment and potential implementation of a fit-for-purpose CRM solution. The CRM setup is underutilised, so the business are open to improvement or new solutions replacing. About you –
Experienced in end-to-end project management, demonstrating timely and costly project delivery
Understanding of multi-site environment, delivering projects across different locations – preferably within a care setting
Strong stakeholder management to build rapport internally and externally
Experience working with third parties providing IT support internally
Previous experience of rostering systems would be beneficial
Use of Nourish, Radar, and Sona (desirable)
Experience using MS Dynamics or rolling out a new CRM solution Colchester, Essex based
3x days office-based
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000
