Your day-to-day responsibilities
* Support the care team including regular supervisions, spot checks, performance managing and audits
* Keep the team motivated and supported as they deliver outstanding care.
* Provide care to your own clients and set the highest example for your team
* Ensure regular communication, deliver reports and reviews
* Work closely with the management team to help us expand and take on new clients, ensuring we continue providing a reliable service.
What we offer
* 30 hours per week
* Set shifts available
* £13.25-£13.50 Hourly Rate enhanced weekend and Bank Holiday rates.
* 5.6 weeks Paid Holiday
* Mileage and travel time between visits paid.

* Paid DBS check (if required)
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Preferably.
A driving license and access to a car for work is essential for this role.
