JMB2 - Trainee Commissioning Engineer (Mechanically bias) Location : Manchester Salary : £35,(Apply online only) - £45,(Apply online only) + Overtime (DoE) Overview: We are seeking a Mechanically Biased Trainee Commissioning Engineer to join a growing installation and commissioning team delivering a variety of building services and BMS projects across Central Manchester and surrounding areas. The role focuses on ensuring newly installed Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated mechanical HVAC systems are correctly installed, commissioned, tested, and fully operational prior to client handover. Key Responsibilities: Carry out pre‑commissioning inspections of mechanical and BMS installations completed by subcontractors to ensure minimum standards and project requirements are met. Address BMS controllers and load pre‑written software into controllers. Test software points and controlled items to ensure operation aligns with the Description of Operation.
