About the Role
We are seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our sales and marketing operations. This role is designed to provide structured, hands-on experience across team coordination, customer engagement, and operational support. Introduction into sales and marketing, and leadership
You will work closely with experienced managers to develop the skills required to take on greater responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the coordination of team activities and daily operations
* Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation
* Learn how to monitor performance and contribute to team objectives
* Attend training sessions focused on leadership, organisation, and business operations
* Provide support with onboarding and guiding new team members
* Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
About You
* Recent graduate (or equivalent level of education)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
* Professional and reliable approach to work
* Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. retail, hospitality, or customer service)
* Experience working in team-based environments
