We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Schools Engagement Officer to join our Communications, Marketing & Engagement team. You will lead high-impact, insight-led marketing activity across Homefield, with a particular focus on education marketing and building strong, positive relationships with schools and education professionals.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and the confidence to engage with prospective students, their families and schools. You'll bring a genuine passion for connecting people, strengthening partnerships and ensuring Homefield is visible, trusted and well understood.
In this varied role, you will coordinate school engagement activity, support student recruitment events, develop compelling content and deliver campaigns that reflect our autism specialist positioning and values. You'll use insights to shape activity, celebrate achievements and contribute to strategic projects that enhance our reputation and impact.
