You're technically minded and have a deep-rooted need to know how everything works You get a kick out of sharing your productknowledge with others - whether that's when helping others in the shoal or support clients - as you know that this will have a huge positive impact on them. We'll be excited about you if: You have at least a couple of years' experience within Customer Support, Success or Account Management in the software or SaaS industry (and we'll be doing cartwheels if it's from within the RecTech or HRTech sector) You have demonstrable experience of handling client reviews and/or renewal discussions. You have experience in working in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team.
