Lincolnshire Eating Disorders Services are expanding countywide and are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join us in enhancing community services and improving experiences for service users and their carers.
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Occupational Therapist who wants to join a well-established and rapidly expanding service. The team is truly multidisciplinary – currently consisting of a Service Manager, Team Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, CBT Practitioners, Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Nurse Specialist, Dieticians, Community Support Worker, Assistant Practitioner, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Peer Support Worker, Psychological Interventions Facilitators and supportive administrative staff.
Responsibilities
* Support the development and delivery of pathways within the Adult Eating Disorders Service across the county.
* Provide specialist treatment for all with a diagnosis of Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and/or Atypical Eating Disorders in the community on an outpatient basis.
* Support the ongoing development of the service as part of the mental health community transformation programme.
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary team that provides evidence‑based NICE psychological interventions to adults with an eating disorder.
Qualifications & Experience
* Band 6 AEDS Occupational Therapist.
* Experience working in adult eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and/or atypical eating disorders, in a community/ outpatient setting.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

* Access to clinical and professional supervision on a 1:1 and group basis.
* Mentoring/coaching from the Associate Director of Allied Health Professions or Consultant Occupational Therapist.
