We work in partnership with a range of primary, secondary, SEN, and SEMH provisions, placing skilled support staff where they are needed most. This is your opportunity to be part of a dedicated team helping pupils overcome barriers and reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support to pupils in both academic and personal development
Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour
Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space
Work closely with teaching staff to adapt lessons and provide effective support
Assist in implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
We’re Looking For
Experience working with children or adults in any supportive capacity
Awareness or understanding of SEN, SEMH, or behavioural challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, flexible, and resilient attitude
A genuine desire to support and empower young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
