The Role
We are seeking a candidate to oversee improvement and innovation projects within our UK warehouse operations at our Leamington Spa site. Responsibilities include process optimization, change management, and leading new product implementations across pharmacy and fulfillment operations. The role requires onsite presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate upcoming projects into operations.
2. Partner with the digital product team for system changes supporting operational improvements.
3. Serve as the POC for ERP implementation.
4. Analyze current processes for improvement opportunities.
5. Design solutions and document ROI and benefits.
6. Analyze data to identify opportunities.
7. Maintain an improvement tracker with measurable benefits.
8. Promote a Kaizen/5S culture in the UK Hubs.
9. Develop and maintain SOPs and visual management tools.
10. Ensure compliance through training and documentation.
11. Manage facilities and safety inspections.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in process improvement with measurable impact.
* Knowledge of methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, Prince 2, or Lean Management.
* Strong technical operations background with cost-saving or productivity improvements.
* Effective stakeholder influence skills.
* Experience with quality assessments (desirable).
Skills
* Excellent communication.
* Detail-oriented with influencing skills.
* Independent resourcefulness.
* Data analysis and reporting skills.
* ERP system experience (e.g., SageX3) is a plus.
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* IOSH managing safely certification (desirable).
