Role Overview
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Field Sales Specialist based in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, demonstrating and promoting the SalonBoost software, and closing sales. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining sales records to support operations.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage and support clients effectively.
* Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Experience in Sales Operations, including maintaining records, reporting, and meeting sales targets.
* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and demonstrations.
* Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
* Experience in the software or salon industry is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
