We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established injection moulding manufacturer based in Corby. This is a permanent weekend day shift position, with the option to pick up additional hours during the week if desired.
Location: Corby
Shift: Weekend Days: Saturday & Sunday - 06:00 to 18:00 (£13.50 per hour)
Additional Hours: Optional shifts available Thursday to Friday
All hours paid
Duties:
* Operate and monitor injection moulding machines
* Unload finished products and perform basic quality checks
* Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely
* Report any faults or production issues to the relevant team
* Maintain a clean and organised working area

1. Have experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
2. Be reliable and committed to working consistent weekend day shifts
3. Have strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach
4. Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks
