We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly disposition.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.
Duties
* Greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
* Manage incoming calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages.
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
* Provide general support to colleagues such as filing and scanning.
* Manage outgoing mail.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as required.
* Order supplies when needed.
* Assist with worktop quotations.
* Contact new customers through marketing emails and phone calls.
Skills
* A good phone manner is essential for this role.
* Strong administrative skills with experience in clerical duties.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to handle sensitive information.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous marketing experience is preferred but not essential.
