Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)
Firm: Highly Ranked Legal 500 Practice
Our clients are consistently ranked in the top tier for Construction and due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a driven and talented Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate 4+ PQE to join their London office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements
* Advising clients on procurement strategies, project risk management and contract structuring
* Supporting major development and infrastructure projects from inception to completion
* Working closely with transactional teams across real estate, projects, and finance
* Involvement in client relationship management and business development initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* 4+ PQE with a focus on non-contentious construction
* Excellent working knowledge of standard form construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
* Experience advising on large-scale developments or infrastructure projects
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the construction sector
